Tulsa, OK – TULSA, Okla. (AP) The Oklahoma Ethics Commission is sending a letter of public reprimand to a lobbyist who represents the National Rifle Association. The state says Ashley Varner violated ethics rules by exceeding the $100 annual limit on lobbyist giving to lawmakers.
