Skiatook, OK – A fire works mishap takes the life of a rural Skiatook man. The accident happened last night in Osage County, just outside of the Skiatook limits.
Officials say a 20-year-old man was igniting fireworks when one exploded prematurely. Pieces of the fireworks hit the man in the head , neck and shoulders. He was rushed to a Tulsa hospital where he later died.
The man's identity has not been released.
