Tulsa, OK – A hearing for 19-year-old Amber Hilberling is delayed in Tulsa District Court. Her attorney submitted a motion to suppress evidence.
He claims police recorded her after she told them she wanted an attorney.
She is accused of pushing her husband out a window of their 25th floor apartment at the University Club Tower.
