The Tulsa Riverparks Authority will take over operation of the annual Oktoberfest event on the west bank of the Arkansas. The change begins this year. Oktoberfest had been run by a non-profit group, but Oktoberfest, Inc. failed to meet its financial obligations last year.
This year's event runs October 20th through the 22nd.
