Tulsa, OK – Man with bombs in car arrested at Tulsa station

TULSA, Okla. (AP) A man was arrested on arson charges after he walked into the Tulsa police station and said he wanted to burn down the city.
The Tulsa World reports police on Friday found six gasoline bombs in the vehicle of 58-year-old Robbin Evan Elsman.
Elsman was being held on $70,000 bond on Saturday. There was no indication on his jail record whether he has a lawyer.
The state arson statute allows an individual to be charged for placing or distributing potentially explosive material near a building with intent to set it aflame.
Elsman also faces related charges.
