Tulsa, OK – The Tulsa Salvation Army begins its annual red kettle fund drive. Bell ringers started appearing today outside of Tulsa businesses.
The goal for this year's fund drive is $600,000. Major Roy Williams says the need is great, up some 20% this year, over last.
He says they are hoping to help an additional 700-families this year. The money is used to buy gifts and food for some 4,200 Tulsa area families.
