Stillwater, OK – Service set for Monday for Okla. St. coaches
STILLWATER, Okla. (AP) Oklahoma State University has scheduled a public memorial service for the two women's basketball coaches killed in a small plane crash in Arkansas.
The university said Friday night that the service is set for 1 p.m. Monday at Gallagher-Iba Arena, where the team plays its basketball games.
The service will honor the memory of head coach Kurt Budke, assistant coach Miranda Serna and OSU alumni Olin and Paula Branstetter, who were also killed in the Thursday crash.
The university says classes held between 12:30 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. Monday are canceled so students and faculty can attend.
