Broken Arrow, OK – A Cease and Desist order is headed to the Kailegee Tribe. The order is from the Broken Arrow City Council and calls for work to stop on a casino at 129th east avenue and 111th south. Resident Rob Martinac says no one, but the Kailegee's want this casino.
But if the construction is really taking place on tribal land, there is little the city can do to stop the casino which is directly across the street from a Tulsa Technology Center Campus.
