Tulsa Police are on the lookout for this man. He is Marcus Stephens, also known as Marcus Hill. He is wanted out of Joplin for murder.
Police says Stephens just turned 17-years old. He is suspected of a Joplin murder that took place last July. He is also wanted on two warrants out of Tulsa County.
Police say they have reason to believe that he is in the Tulsa area. They say he should be considered armed and dangerous.
