TULSA, Okla. (AP) — Officials say all runways at Jones Riverside Airport in Tulsa have reopened after a small plane flipped over.
Officials say the incident happened Wednesday morning when the throttle on a Cessna 172 became stuck as a mechanic was moving the plane from one hangar to another.
Tulsa television station KJRH reports that the mechanic was taken to a hospital with cuts to his forehead, nose and fingers.
One runway was closed temporarily at the airport, which primarily serves private aircraft.
