Rogers County Sunday Liquor Begins

CLAREMORE, Okla. (AP) — Rogers County restaurants served alcohol for the first time on Sunday.

Voters last month approved the sale of on-site beer, wine and liquor and county commissioners made July 1st the effective date of the new law.

Liquor stores in the county still must stay closed on Sunday.
