CLAREMORE, Okla. (AP) — A judge says a physician's assistant charged in the deaths of two patients at the Claremore Veterans Center must wear an ankle monitor.

The Tulsa World reports the Rogers County district judge also ordered Kenneth Adams to not travel outside the contiguous 48 U.S. states. Prosecutors wanted to revoke Adams' $100,000 bond after he applied for a passport card in April.

Adams has been charged with second-degree murder in the deaths of two patients in their 80s.

Adams is accused of neglecting his medical duties.

His attorney Trevor Reynolds says Adams isn't guilty. He says Adams did everything he could do in the veterans' care.
