For the third time in recent weeks, plans will be announced for an outlet shopping center in Tulsa.
First, Simon Properties announced plans for an outlet mall near Turkey Mountain. A few weeks later, the Cherokee Nation announced a project near its Hard Rock Casino. Now, a third organization will announce plans for a Tulsa outlet shopping mall later this week.
It will be built in east Tulsa and feature 90-stores. The exact location has not been released. It should open in 2017. It is being build by Horizon Group Properties. Horizon was responsible for the 'Shops at OKC'.
