Tulsa Police are investigating the overnight murder of a woman near 10th and South Lewis. That is about a half-mile west of the TU campus.
The discovery was made about 3:30 Saturday morning. The woman, believed to be homeless, was shot in the head and her belongings ransacked. She is believed to be in her 30's.
Police have canvassed the area, but have found no witnesses.
