Presley Family Ministries gets approval for a unique, mixed-use development in West Tulsa County where not much has been built for decades. Dr. Richard Presley says plans for the nearly 22 acres at West 41st and the Gilcrease Expressway include homes, green space, two lakes, a community meeting area, and even a chapel.
He sees it as kind of a mini-gathering place for the Berryhill area. The development would take place in phases and isn’t scheduled for completion until 2020.
