Last night's crash of an EagleMed helicopter, near Lake Eufaula is the fourth such crash in the last five years in Oklahoma.
Choppers have crashed in Oklahoma City, near Kingfisher, Talahina and now near Lake Eufaula. In those four crashes, six people were killed.
This latest crash, like all the others, will be investigated by the National Transportation Safety Board.
