The Tulsa School Board votes to call off classes this coming Monday. The district will use its last snow day allow teachers, students and administrators attend a state wide education rally.
This is the second year for the rally in Oklahoma City at the state capitol. It coincides with state lawmakers working on a new state budget for education.
