A $1 Million dollar lottery ticket was sold at the Admiral and Memorial Quik-Trip store in Tulsa. The QT store at Highway 412 and Gilcrease Museum Road sold a ticket worth $100,000.
The big winner may be the schools in Oklahoma. 35-cents from every dollar spent on Powerball will be Oklahoma schools.
