A child is found in the back seat of a repossessed car in South Tulsa. The incident took place Saturday afternoon near a 21st and South Memorial business.
The woman had gone inside to schedule service for the car when the repo man took the car with another set of keys, not knowing the child was in the back seat.
The child has been returned to the mother. No arrests have been made.
