The Oklahoma Department of Corrections says an inmate who walked away from a halfway house in Tulsa has been recaptured.

The department said Tuesday that 30-year-old James Dean was found in a hotel Monday in southeast Tulsa and surrendered without incident.

A woman who was also in the room was arrested for harboring a fugitive.
