No Charges Expected in Western Oklahoma Jail Death

A grand jury has determined that no charges will be filed against two Oklahoma jailers in the strangulation death of an inmate who was restrained by jail staff.

The grand jury's findings were released Monday. Darius Robinson died in April in the Caddo County Detention Center. An autopsy determined that the 41-year-old died from asphyxiation caused by "manual compression of the neck."

The medical examiner classified Robinson's death a homicide.
