An Oklahoma Highway Patrol Trooper is facing child abuse charges in Tulsa District Court. Records show Trooper John Michael Moore was arrested by Broken Arrow Police and booked into the Tulsa Jail yesterday.
Moore is 26 years-old. He is accused of spanking his girlfriend's son so hard that bruises were left on the child. He allegedly used a Frisbe to spank the child.
