A man working on a 15-story building under construction in downtown Oklahoma City fell to his death when he apparently drove a piece of equipment off the 14th floor of the building.
Oklahoma City District Fire Chief Benny Fulkerson says the man fell shortly before 11:30 a.m. Friday and was dead at the scene. The man's name was not immediately released and Fulkerson said there were no other injuries.
Fulkerson says the man was driving a scissor lift, which is used to raise or lower objects.
Streets in the area were closed early Friday afternoon and Fulkerson said the federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration has
