The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation says a 3-month-old girl died after being left in a vehicle for at least nine hours. The OSBI said Wednesday that Mame Neta Attocknie was in the custody of foster parents when she died Tuesday in Geronimo. Investigators say the foster father didn't drop off the child at daycare after he took his son to school.
