Tulsa Police Officer Betty Shelby turns herself in to the Tulsa County Sheriff's Office overnight. She arrived at the David Moss Jail around 1 a.m.
Shelby was booked on a charge of 1st Degree Manslaughter in the death of Terence Crutcher one week ago today. The charges were filed yesterday afternoon in Tulsa District Court.
After booking and finger printing, Shelby was released on $50,000 bond.
