A Tulsa man is in jail this morning. He apparently did not want firefighters coming into his home to put out an overnight blaze.
Authorities say he got physical with one fire fighter. Dale Parsons was arrested following the late night fire near Apache and Kingston.
In addition to assault, he is being held on drug related complaint.
