The prosecution has rested in the 4th Shannon Kepler murder re-trial. The case is again being heard before District Court Judget Sharon Holmes.
The case could go to the jury late today or tomorrow. Kepler is a former Tulsa cop accused of killing Jeremy Lake. Lake was Kepler's estranged daughter’s boyfriend.
Past trials ended with a hung jury.
