A 'Hate Crime' has been added to the charges menu against 41 year-old Jeremy Thacker. The Owasso man is accused of running down homeless people in Tulsa earlier this fall.
The new charge was added after testimony during his preliminary hearing from a jail cellmate. The inmate testified Thacker told him he ran over two of the people because he did not like seeing a black man with a white woman.
