The Bixby School District released a report on the allegations of sexual assault on a football player by other members of the team.
The report did not reveal much new information that had not already leaked out. It did, howver, seem to confirm that it took almost a month for a report on the incident to be filed.
The OSBI has taken over the lead in the case.
