City street crews spend the day getting ready for the wintry mix that is in our weather forecast. Tulsa Streets crews will be on stand-by and ready to roll when the weather moves into the region.
The city has over 60 trucks to spread the salt mixture. Many of the trucks also have plows if needed.
The city has plenty of salt to street any icy streets. Crews are responsible for about 18-hundred miles of city streets.
