Shut it down! Federal Judge Gregory Fizzell tell the Oklahoma Department of Human Services it must find alternate locations for children staying at the Laura Dester Shelter in Tulsa.
The judge took the action after a monitoring group complained children at the facility were being neglected.
The DHS had requested the deadline be extended to Labor Day. The center is located west of Memorial of East Pine Street.
