The former head of the Oklahoma Aquarium at Jenks is going to court. Teri Bowers is suing Jenks for wrongful termination.
In the federal suit, she claims the City manager over stepped his authority when she was dismissed.
Bowers was fired in November of last year. Bowers joined the aquarium in 2007. Prior to that she was a TV host.
