49-year-old Michael Nealey is facing Second Degree murder charges in Florida.
The Mannford Police Officer is accused in the death Sunday night of Mannford Police Chief Lucky Miller.
The men were in Pensacola for a law enforcement conference when they got into a brawl in their shared hotel room.
The arrest report indicates a maintenance worker---sent to the room to investigate a noise complaint--- pulled Nealey off the chief. The report says Nealey’s right hand was swollen and he had some facial injuries.
Nealey will be back in court on December 5th.
