Tulsa, OK – TULSA, Okla. (AP) Former Catoosa court clerk Phyllis June Matthews has pleaded guilty to federal drug-related charges. Prosecutors say Matthews pleaded guilty in federal court in Tulsa to distributing the prescription painkiller hydrocodone.
