Tulsa, OK – Broken Arrow man pleads guilty to child rape
TULSA, Okla. (AP) A 32-year-old Broken Arrow man has pleaded guilty to charges of raping, kidnapping and lewd molestation of a 5-year-old girl.
Douglas Polk Jr. pleaded guilty Friday in Tulsa to seven felonies and four misdemeanors. He pleaded no contest to a charge of domestic violence.
The victim was 5 when she disappeared from her home in Broken Arrow in September 2007. She was later found naked and walking along a road several miles from her home.
