Tulsa, OK – Mayor Bartlett will reassign his staff to other departments in order to finish the fiscal year.
When the budget was drafted some of then Mayor Taylor's appointments were paid by other departments but when Bartlett took over in December, he consolidated everyone is his budget.
That caused a shortage and the council declined last week to transfer the 120-thousand he needed from those other departments to make payroll.
