Tulsa, OK – TULSA, Okla. (AP) A Tulsa County judge has appointed the public defender's office to represent three young men charged with first-degree murder in the shooting death of a barbecue restaurant employee. Special Judge David Youll yesterday set a July 14 preliminary hearing for 19-year-olds Isaiah Peevy and Deonte Marshall and 18-year-old D'Andre Finnie. The three are accused in the death of Howard Stoddard, a cook who was fatally shot May 20 at the Rib Crib in Tulsa.
