Oklahoma City, OK – Got Car Insurance? If you don't your car could soon be impounded. Governor Henry has signed legislation allowing law enforcement to impound cars without insurance. The bill is from Bartlesville lawmaker Steve Martin.
Martin says an estimated 28-percent of cars on Oklahoma roads are without insurance. The law goes into effect November first.
