Muskogee, OK – Police continue search for man in fatal shooting
MUSKOGEE, Okla. (AP) Muskogee police are continuing their investigation into a double shooting that left one person dead and another wounded.
Police Cpl. Pedro Zardeneta told the Muskogee Phoenix that an arrest warrant was issued for a 17-year-old male after officers found two men with gunshot wounds at a residence around 1 p.m. Monday.
Zardeneta says the men were taken to Muskogee Regional Medical Center, where one man was pronounced dead. His name hasn't been released.
Police identified the surviving victim as 21-year-old Dynell Smith. His condition wasn't immediately known on Tuesday.
