Tulsa, OK – TULSA, Okla. (AP) The Oklahoma Corporation Commission will hold a hearing in June on a utility company's request to recover about $17 million in costs from last year's ice storm that knocked out power to about 68,000 homes. If the request is approved, customers of American Electric Power-Public Service Company of Oklahoma would pay about 85 cents more per month for every 1,000 kilowatt hours of electricity they use.
