Tulsa, OK – A dump truck over turns on the I-44 Arkansas River Bridge in Tulsa. The morning rush-hour crash closed all lanes of the expressway for about 90-minutes this morning.
The Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality was called in because when the truck overturned, its fuel tanks reputed. The fuel ran off the bridge into the Arkansas River below.
The truck driver was not injured.
