Fix Our Streets: Update

Tulsa, OK – The recession reduced Tulsa's Sales Tax revenue. We all know the stories of lay-offs and cut backs at city hall.

But, KWGS News has learned the decline in sales tax revenue means the voter approved Fix Our Streets program is coming up 55-million dollars short. Paul Zachary is in charge of the effort. He says project bids are very competitive.

He's used almost 16 million in federal stimulus money to fund projects and used surplus and leftover money for older projects
