Langley, OK – The blue-green algae warnings did not keep people away from Grand Lake over the long holiday weekend. Tiffany Green at the Pier 12-Wine and Spirits store in Langley had been very nervous what the weekend would bring.
Even health warnings posted on the beach did not keep people like Tom from Wichita out of the water.
The Department of Environmental Quality and the Grand River Dam Authority continue to monitor the lake conditions.
