Tulsa, OK – There is new information in the Tulsa Police Corruption Probe. The Attorney for Convicted officer Jeff Henderson is asking for more time to prepare an appeal.
Henderson was convicted of perjury and violating civil rights. Attorneys usually have two weeks for an appeal. Henderson's lawyer is asking for 30-days.
