Tulsa, OK – A new city ordinance makes it illegal to text and drive in Tulsa.
Technically, it makes any kind of distraction while behind the wheel illegal. If police catch-you not paying attention, it is a 150-dollar fine.
The new ordinance went into effect yesterday.
