Tulsa, OK – Tulsa's Congressman vows to continue the fight against a south Broken Arrow Casino.
John Sullivan says the attorney representing the casino is giving the Kialedgee Tribal Town bad advice.
Sullivan says they can build on the site and operate a business, but they cannot open a casino without a permit.
