We now know the name of the man that fell to his death yesterday in an abandon building in downtown Tulsa. He has been identified as 29-year-old Mathew Rocho.
He was apparently seeking shelter from the cold when he fell down an elevator shaft of the old Abundant Life Building in downtown Tulsa.
