TULSA, Okla. (AP) — Tulsa Mayor Dewey Bartlett and city officials are slated to kick off a citywide food drive.

Bartlett, City Councilor Karen Gilbert and officials from the fire and police departments will announce details on the drive — dubbed Stock the Station — at the police department's Uniform Division Southwest location on Monday.

Tulsa has teamed up with the Community Food Bank of Eastern Oklahoma to collect food for those in need.

Organizers of the drive say with one in six Oklahomans at risk of going hungry, more food drop-off locations have been added to the city's food drive. The new locations will be announced at Monday's kick-off.
