A man is dead following a Sunday morning fire near 63rd and South Peoria. The fire was in a boarded up four-plex according to the fire department. The man had apparently broken into the property and was living there without permission.
There were no utilities at the complex and the man was apparently using a fuel-based lantern for light. It is unclear what started the blaze. Tulsa fire officials are investigating.
