The Tulsa City Council makes final tweaks to the city budget. Through revised revenue projections—not available when the Mayor presented his plan--- councilors have found additional dollars.

While there will still be cuts, they will not been a deep as originally feared. Tulsa Transit, the Henthorne PAC and school crossing guards will all get at least some funding.
